Refund policy

At Pawanis, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, as we work with international suppliers, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@pawanis.com.

    Action: Please send us a photo or video of the issue within 7 days of receiving the order.

    Resolution: For verified defective or damaged items, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement. You generally do not need to return the damaged item in this specific case.

2. "Change of Mind" Returns (Non-EU Customers) For customers located outside of the European Union (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection unless required by local law. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.

3. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If the merchandise is shipped to a customer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

    Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to our facility in France. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return (EU Only) To start a return (for EU customers only), you must contact us at support@pawanis.com.

    If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address in France.

    Warning: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer on the package label.

5. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or your proof of damage. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
